New FAA controller wants to cut our 400ft permitted altitude to 100ft.

Hello, I see no response has been given. I just wanted to note that when Top Gun was being held at Lakeland Florida it was on the airport property. It was done by having a letter of agreement (LOA) with Lakeland tower it was not an issue for that event for years. LAL is a clas D Airspace airport.
